#WeWillWeek – Stoke High School Ormiston Academy takeover 

Stoke High School Ormiston Academy

On Wednesday 1st March we tasked pupils across the Ormiston network with the #WeWill website challenge. Asking young people to write and submit content on the day. Kaydee Coleman from Stoke High School Ormiston Academy shared their youth social action experience of baking at Halifax.

We went to Halifax Primary School to bake cakes with the key stage 1 children. We had the teachers pick out five pupils from each class who they thought deserved to take part. Who had been well behaved and done good work.

Each of us took a small group of children and helped them to bake  and design cupcakes. The pupils from Halifax said, they ‘enjoyed it’ and had a ‘fun experience’!
